Samantha Hund

The purpose of this project was to take an older piece of writing and completely rework it. I decided that the diaries I keep when traveling absolutely needed to be fixed. Not only did the journals not portray my trips as accurately as they could, but now, I can take away meaning from my encounters. This piece specifically focuses on a point in my life where I learned to break through my personal barriers in order to truly immerse myself in Asian culture and, consequently, to grow.
